How Do I Join Belle Bird Rewards?

There are many ways to join our loyalty programme:

Create a  Belle Bird customer account by selecting register/login on our main menu and you will automatically become part of our program.

Alternatively you can join by using our loyalty program widget 'Check Rewards' on the bottom of your screen.     

When making a purchase online an account will automatically be created for you using the details provided at checkout.

When making a purchase in store our staff will add you into our loyalty system if desired.

Your account is linked via your email address, so it's really important that you use the same email every time you make a purchase to add points to your account. 


How do I earn loyalty points?
Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend in-store and online*.

Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. There are also plenty of other ways to earn loyalty points under the Earn tab of your loyalty profile, including following us on our Instagram, and referring friends. Use your loyalty points to redeem vouchers, or save them up to unlock even more exciting rewards.  

*Points are not earned on sales where a discount code/loyalty voucher has been applied or an item is on sale.


How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?
You can check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking 'Check Rewards' on our website (bottom right of your screen). Each time you shop online, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. From here, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards. 


How do I use my rewards?
When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique reward voucher through the ‘check rewards’ tab on our website (bottom right of your screen) . You can use your reward voucher during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click 'Apply'. Note, you can only use one voucher code per order. Alternatively, if you would like to use your reward in-store, just let one of our staff know at the counter.


How long are my points & vouchers valid for? 

Points are valid for 12 months, but if you make an additional purchase within a 12 month period all your points will roll over for another 12 months. 

Loyalty vouchers, once claimed, must be used with 30 days before they expire. 


How long do I stay in a tier for? 

Congratulations if you have moved up to one of our rewards tiers! To remain in your new trier and benefit from the new rewards, please check the above graph. Tiers are automatically evaluated on January 1st each year. You will remain in your tier if you still meet the requirements you did to enter the tier (an annual amount spent)  


Terms and Conditions

  • Vouchers can only be redeemed once. One voucher per transaction. Loyalty vouchers can not be combined or used with any other offer. 


  • RETURNED ITEMS If you return any of the items purchased with a loyalty voucher, the voucher discount or value will be subtracted from the return credit. Your points will be returned to your loyalty account. 
            • SALE ITEMS Loyalty points are not earnt on sale items. Loyalty vouchers may not be redeemed against sale items (this includes both temporarily and permanently reduced items).


            • POINTS EXPIRY Loyalty points with expire if an additional purchase is not made within a 12 month period from the purchase date the points were generated from. With each purchase made under an account, the loyalty points assigned to this account will roll over for another 12 months. You will be sent a points expiry email when your points are 30 days from expiring and another reminder when they are 1 day from expiring. Please remember to check your spam folder. Belle Bird accepts no responsibility for missed reminder emails resulting in points expiring. 


            • STORE CREDITS & GIFT VOUCHERS Loyalty points are not earnt when using store credit or a gift voucher as the original sale would have accrued any applicable points.


              • PAYMENT APPS Loyalty points are earned when using both AfterPay and LayBuy apps.


              • IN STORE LAYBY Loyalty vouchers cannot be used as in store Layby deposits. You may use a loyalty voucher once the 20% deposit has been made. You do earn loyalty points on Laybys once payments are complete. A % off loyalty voucher can not be used on in-store Laybys.  

              • OTHER We cannot apply loyalty points to past purchases. We cannot assign loyalty points to an account after the sale has been made. This includes wanting to have gifts added to another account after the purchase. Loyalty can only be earned at the time of sale and is for the purchaser only. 
              • Loyalty vouchers can only be used at the time of purchase - we cannot retrospectively add a loyalty code/voucher to a purchase once it has been made. No monetary refund will be applied to a purchase if a customer had failed to apply a loyalty voucher at the time of purchase. This includes failing to inform staff in store they had a voucher they wished to use.  Please contact us before completing your purchase if you are having any difficulties with our loyalty system.
                • One account, attached to one email address, per customer. Points from two different emails cannot be combined. Customers with multiple accounts will have non-purchase acquired points/vouchers deleted.  Any fraudulent use of our loyalty program will result in your account being cancelled.  If you are having trouble with your account or need to update your email address please get in touch.
                  • For in store purchases: Please let staff know at the time of sale if you have an account.
                    • Loyalty vouchers & loyalty discount codes can be used on stocked items only. Pre-orders & any special order item cannot be discounted using loyalty.

                    We reserve the right to make changes to our loyalty programme any time with no notice. 

                    Belle Bird reserves the right to modify or cancel vouchers at any time.
