We do not ship internationally. 

Items are delivered through New Zealand Post. Please let us know if you require a signature or have any special courier instructions for delivery. (Enter this in the Special Instructions box at checkout) Please note over night shipping may not be available to some rural delivery addresses in New Zealand. Orders will need to be received by 3 pm on a working day to be sent overnight. Orders received on a Friday will arrive on a Monday unless Saturday delivery has been paid for (only available for main centres).

Tracking on your parcel will automatically be emailed to you when our courier picks up your order.

*While we trust New Zealand Post will deliver on time as above we cannot be held responsible for courier delays do to events such as weather or other unforeseen delays. We do not provide refunds based on the late arrival of parcel.

 You will receive email notification once we have received your order. As soon as funds are cleared we will process your order – and you will receive a sweet package in the mail…!

-Purchases made on the weekend or a New Zealand public holiday will not be processed until the next working day.  

-Please note we are unable to deliver to P.O Box numbers.

-RURAL N.Z DELIVERIES - We can deliver to New Zealand rural addresses.

-Some super heavy/bulky items may incur an additional charge. We can not send candles in glass containers internationally.
