SALE ITEMS

A sale item is defined as any item that has been discounted from the full price (excluding the use of loyalty vouchers). This includes ‘flash’ sale items which have had a temporary reduction in price. 

Sale returns: We will provide either an exchange or a store credit for sale items returned. 

Sale items are not eligible for either full or partial refunds so please choose carefully. 

Flash sale (temporary discount): If you are returning an item purchased in a ‘flash sale’  you may either receive store credit or an exchange. Store credit will amount to the purchase total spent by the customer. The sale discount will not be applied to any exchange items if the sale has since ended (unless you are wanting a size exchange and the item is in stock). 

Store credits and loyalty vouchers cannot be used in a flash sale. 

We are unable to order in items for the purpose of a sale exchange. 

Discount codes. It is up to the purchaser to ensure they have added any discount or voucher codes. We do not provide any monetary refund or reimbursement of any kind if a customer has failed to add in their discount code. If you have any questions please get in touch before completing your order. 

Loyalty vouchers can not be used on sale items. Loyalty points are not earned on sale items. 

Store credit and gift cards can be used on sale items that are permanently marked down. Store credit and gift cards cannot be used on items in a Flash sale (temporary discount) .

Only one discount code can be used per purchase.  Including an automatic discount code.
